Position in Institutional Research and Assessment

Notre Dame University-Louaize is seeking applicants for the position of Director for the Office of Institutional Research and Assessment (OIRA) starting immediately. The primary function of the Director is to assist in research design, data collection, analysis, interpretation and reporting information to support decision-making, institutional effectiveness and planning. This position collaborates with the University Academic Management to build a strategic approach to data structures, access and availability. The Director reports to the Vice President for Academic Affairs.

The candidate should have a minimum of a Master’s degree, Ph.D. preferred, in a research-related field (computer science, statistics, economics, mathematics), with working knowledge in applied statistics and training in social science research methods and with three to five years of experience in higher education information systems.
